I purchased this item for almost 10,000 yen in 2017, but despite several attempts, I was unable to use it 'astonishingly well' and as a result, I kept it in storage for a long time without completing any drawings, so I believe the condition is close to being unused. There are also 3 unused pen refills inside the tablet's back compartment.
